What is the best way to kick a vicodin addiction without rehab. Anyone else try to quit? And if so what was the withdrawl like?

Lower the dosage over time and it's EASY, I swear. For ME, the withdrawl was a backache. It is EASY if you really WANT this.

The chances of anyone kicking a drug habit solo are very slim. withdrawal is the least of your worries. the key to overcoming an addiction is to realize what caused you to use drugs in the first place. and after fining that out you must replace the negative with positive. It's not enough to just quit you need to change your life. i suggest counseling of some kind along with a plan to make yourself a better person good nutrition and exercise can also help a lot to keep your mind ocupied and strengthen your mind body and spirit. good luck to you and i hope you succeed = )
