Question: Question about eating disorder clinics/ treatment centers?

I've been suffering from binge eating disorder and body image problems for over 6 months. I've hid it from my parents though, they would be so disappointed in me. I'm turning 18 in a couple weeks and I wanted to look into an eating disorder clinic or just have someone to talk to about it. I'm so scared though. Does anyone know how I would go about this? What should I expect, what should I do? How do I make this happen for myself? Thank you so much.
