Too hard, once you have gone too far you either can cut cold turkey or seek professional help. Dont try to do it alone, here are people out there who wil help and who care for you. Heck I care for you :) seek help my friend, look in the phone book.

The hardest thing is to NOT get more of the drugs. its been said that jail is a good spot to clean out cuz you have no choice. seriously you might get some medication from a doc to ease the pain and help you sleep, other than that...Chin up! It should be over in about 3 to 4 days.

Strong support and isolation would be a good start. Use the time when you can think straight, to device a plan for your future. Not long term just short term. What will you replace the opiates with? Do I need to change my environment? How can I address my issues so that they are resolved? Can I use my experiences especially the bad ones to help others? Some questions to ponder...Good luck!...

It is difficult enough in a hospital, and the success rate is less than 2%. Get the person in the hands of professionals now!
