Ive been on a research tour in Iran,what kinda question is this?Why can i find a methadone clinic in iran?!?! it doesnt make sense.but i guess youll find one by si o se pol and there is one by the famous bus stop,i forgot the name.you can find another one(not as big in size though)right beside bazare imam Good luck -B2Borna

They are still a developing country. They may not have developed clinics to treat heroin addiction like methadone clinics. If you really need methadone every day to prevent you from going back to heroin, then I suggest picking a different place to go? If they don't have one near where you're going, and you insist on going there, then you're gonna have to be strong and go without methadone? I've known people who quit heroin on their own, and NEVER had a chance to use methadone to quit. And to this day, they're still clean and sober.

From what I hear, drug use is a No No in some places. Therefore, no clinics.
