Question: Affects of stopping methadone? help plz urgent?

Ok i was on methadone (70mg) for about 5 months, then i needed to switch over to suboxone, so they had to get me off the methadone by cutting me off by 10mg a day till i hit 30mg and that was it, now i feel more sick. last night i was having mild seizures, i was burning up but frezzing on the outside, would it be best to switch back over to heroin b4 i go to suboxone or what should i do, and is what happened to me normal and or what should i do if it happens again (answer all 3 for 10 points)

Yes it's normal. You're having withdrawal symptoms, and of course no, don't go back to heroin, that would completely defeat the purpose of your treatment! Try to stay at a friend's or otherwise have someone to support you near you. You can call a drug helpline when that happens, they have experience with cases like that and probably have tricks to make the symptoms more bearable without harming yourself.
