Question: Can i drink alcohol on a low dose of methadone?

I have lupus and I took 5mg for the first time ever so no need to lecture me. I usually use medical marijuana for pain because pain killers usually make me sick. I took 5 mg at 3 pm and want to go out to the bar with a friend that just graduated. Is that a problem?

It could create a problem by causing the Methadone to have a quicker response time when it comes to effect of the medication, but I would recommend checking with your pharmacist as well to see what they say.
