It is my 9th day on methadone from subutex and am severely tired?
I only take 20mg. I take physeptone linctus 50mg, which is 5 2. I take 25mg in the morning and then I just want to sleep. Also on Effexor. I used to be on 8mg of subutex, so i am defnitely used to opiods. Could it be a side effect?

My man and i have quite a pain pill habit. we have been taking about 900 mgs of oxycodone 30s and 450 600mgs of the same for me, we have some methadone 10mg pills, how long should we wait until we take some? And what if we need pain pills he just had back surgery and has legitimate pain, although he has most definitly abused that., and for myself i have some health issues that intermittantly give me pain if we were to take some pain pills would they not work? would he feel pain relief froim the pain pills mixed with the painkilling ability of the methadone? i have been told that it would make u sick to take both in the same day but have seen people do both and still get high.PLEASE HELP....

The Methadone is given to me by pain management dr's, and I have since had my last visit because I tried smoking canibus as another form of pain relief and was dismissed as a result. Please no chastising, I know what I did wrong, my question is, I have 1 bottle left 120qty , I'm used to taking 10mg x4 a day, I went through detoxing a few years ago and it took 6 months to get out of my system or to feel normal again, but it almost killed me and was the worst hell anyone could imagine, I know now at 43, there's NO way I could make it out of detoxing solo and live through it, I just know I would not be able to do it, I would have to leave my work for months, does ANYONE know of a decent way to get this stuff out of my life, I'm having trouble seeing another PM dr because when the records are transferred, it clearly shows I breached the contract and they always turn me away? Please, if anyone knows of the best way to do this, I would virtually owe them my life.....anybody please?
