You would need a doctor of traditional chinesemedicine to help you out, or ayruvedic medicine., but heroin and cigarettes are the hardest to quit. You need rehab. Maybe they would know and have natural help in adjunct to the rehab. Call and ask. lahacienda.com and local rehab places
