No but statistics probably show that because, geographically, there are more recreational drugs available in western cultures. I'm not sure about the computers though. It certainly is not a genetic or scientifically racial matter though.

The human brain has nothing to do with orientation. You are prone to addicition if it runs in your family, not your race.
