When I get stressed the withdrawals kick in and it becomes difficult. If I have a really bad day, will a little bit of meth in the evening before bed while Im trying to quit be ok ? Its crystal meth. I was clean for 4 days and yesterday I got in a terrible screaming fight with a friend who is a hardcore addict, first thing in the morning. The stress triggered terrible withdrawals that lasted the whole day and I did some last night to have a break from it. I was fine the first 3 days, and Im fine now without it. Can I do that ? The addiction is very mild because I developed it by accident when I was bored a month ago. The physical problems are always only triggered by anything psychologically painful. Thankyou.

If you just light up a bowl of ganja whenever you feel the symptoms it will probably help a lot. It relieves stress and nausea, as well as other things that commonly occur during withdrawal. Once you stop feeling withdrawal symptoms, you can stop smoking the cannabis (if you want).

Trying to rationalize using the drug when you know your not supposed to is part of the addiction. the fact of the matter is, stressful situations happen everyday to everyone, but not everyone has to use drugs to deal with it. each time you use again, you are starting back at square one. meth is powerfully addictive and there really aren't many "casual " users. in other words, you "can " do whatever you would like-but you shouldn't allow yourself to think you have control over the problem by not doing it as often.
